THIS IS A PROJECT BOAT.
Used only in freshwater since purchase in 1990. Put in lake in spring, taken out in fall. Last sailed circa 2009.
Interior damaged by snow meltwater left unattended for several years.
Sails have been stored out of the weather and are in good condition.
Engine *does* turn.
Hull is sound, but with slight damage to bow.
Trailer was serviced in Fall 2023 - wheel bearings repacked, new tires.
