Standard features

Sails with a Dyer Mainsail, and stick-up unstayed gunter rig with wooden spars. Sail set with single reef points for higher winds.

Woodwork 3 layer steam-bent white oak rails, thwarts and deck of American cypress., cross-hull removable hiking thwart of Paulownia wood. Wood rudder, splined with white oak, and rear-folding tiller for storage that has a sheet-hook to help tacking, plywood dagger-board with mahogany cap.

Hull has a truncated pea pod waterline, clean-rowing shape like an Oxford Dinghy, with two rowing positions for passengers aboard.

Perfect gelcoat, and bottom is coal-tar epoxy covered against blistering and hard finish antifouling painted over. Hull was built by MAT Plastics in New England, no longer in business. Foreward and aft floatation chambers with screw in access ports., bottom of cockpit done in non- skid. Forward bronze towing eye with 18 foot, braided Nylon pennant, short stern pennant for dockside use.

Dinghy before rebuild in 2016 was our cruising dinghy for thousands of miles. This is essentially a new boat, barn stored for 8 years as the owner ages out at 87 years.
