Great boat. Good condition. Makes a great adventure boat on the bay with its winged keel. (draws only 38)

This boat would also make a great live aboard. Plenty of room! I am 61 and can move about comfortably inside.

This Catalina has central air. (necessary for east coast summers) It has a 6 gallon hot water heater tank with new heating element. Domestic water pump was also replaced a few years ago.

The boat is very clean and presentable. I just redid all of the brightwork and wood finishes on the deck and exterior of the boat. The floor in the cabin was recently replaced.

The motor is a Universal 25xp diesel. These motors are very solid and I have never had any issues with it. I have routinely changed the oil and zincs. Water impeller has been replaced also recently for the cooling system. New starting battery as of last month.

The fuel pump and fuel filtering system have also been upgraded.

The boat was pulled a month ago and cleaned, repainted.

The boat comes with a mainsail and jib. There is also a spinnaker that I have never used.
