General condition and any additional information

Motor is a 2013 Honda BF20D 20 HP outboard

Boat and equipment are in very good shape.
LOTS of upgrades and extra equipment.

Only known problems:
Sailboat will not plane with 20HP motor
Top white paint flaking, needs replacement
Bimini missing minor hardware.
Compass light not connected
